His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain and Chairman of the Executive Council has announced the launch of “Sobha Downtown Umm Al Quwain,” a landmark development that marks a major milestone in the emirate’s economic growth and urban expansion journey.
Developed in strategic collaboration with Sobha Group, the project is poised to redefine coastal living in Umm Al Quwain, blending the emirate’s natural beauty with world-class luxury, modern design, and integrated urban planning.
Occupying an expansive area of 25 million square feet, Sobha Downtown Umm Al Quwain will feature an 11-kilometer stretch of beach, including 7 kilometers of natural beachfront and vibrant entertainment spaces. The project is designed to serve as a new destination for tourism, investment, and residential living, offering residents and visitors a distinctive lifestyle experience marked by tranquility, luxury, and connectivity.
The master plan comprises three key zones — North Beach, Tweed Center, and South Beach — each offering a curated mix of residential, commercial, and leisure experiences. Key highlights of the development include:
