High-value outliers included an AED 422 million luxury apartment on the Jumeirah Peninsula and four prime plots in Umm Suqeim First sold between AED 125 million and AED 152 million.

Even the traditionally busy AED 5 million to AED 10 million range recorded 650 transactions, valued at AED 4.54 billion, proving that demand is broad-based across the top end of the market.
