LMD has launched the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. The Grade-A commercial development will be the city's tallest commercial tower when it is finished. The building rises 400 metres across 87 storeys.
The project marks the global real estate debut of the Christian A. Rockefeller brand. LMD is developing the tower in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation descendant of the Rockefeller family. Devmark, the UAE's leading development sales and marketing consultancy, is handling sales and marketing for the branded commercial development.
The tower contains 332 offices. Units range from 1,077 square feet to about 13,400 square feet for a full floor. LMD is offering a 50/50 payment plan. Buyers can expect handover in the second quarter of 2031.
The building offers four office collections. Five dedicated amenity floors complement the workspace, with two floors devoted to wellness. Features include an arrival hall, spa, infinity pool, and padel court. Retail shops, cafés and dining options are also part of the development.
Level 87 contains a sky business centre. The top floor has lounges and podcast rooms. A ballroom and an Observatory pool complete the facilities at the peak of the building. The amenities aim to serve tenants across the 87 storeys of the commercial tower.
The Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower stands on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's main business corridors. The 400-metre height will make it the tallest commercial building in the city upon completion. The Grade-A development represents a new benchmark for office space in Dubai's commercial property market.
