LMD has launched an 87-storey office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller, a sixth-generation descendant of the Rockefeller family. The Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower stands 372 metres tall and will be the first Dubai project to carry the Rockefeller name. It is a Grade-A office development on the Business Bay side of Sheikh Zayed Road, positioned between Downtown Dubai and DIFC.
The tower contains 332 offices ranging from 1,077 square feet to full floors. Those offices will be spread across the 87 storeys, with five dedicated amenity floors included in the design. The amenity floors will feature hotel-inspired wellness, dining and business facilities for tenants and visitors.
Designed with a curved, ribbed glass façade, the tower also incorporates planted terraces and a pointed crown. The façade will define the building's appearance along one of Dubai's most prominent corridors. LMD is developing the tower in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller, bringing a historic American business name to the Dubai property market for the first time.
Buyers can purchase offices on a 50/50 payment plan. That means half of the price is paid during construction and the other half on handover. The expected handover is scheduled for the second quarter of 2031, giving the project roughly four and a half years to complete. Devmark has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower.
The location sits on Sheikh Zayed Road's Business Bay side, placing office buyers between two of Dubai's major business districts. Downtown Dubai lies to one side and the Dubai International Financial Centre to the other. The 372-metre height makes this one of the taller office towers on the corridor, though official measurements list it at 372 metres rather than the 400-metre marketing figure. With 87 storeys of Grade-A office space and five floors of amenities, the tower will add a significant amount of commercial real estate to this stretch of Sheikh Zayed Road.
