Dubai is poised to redefine luxury real estate with a pioneering supercar-inspired 140-unit residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle. Developed by two well-known realtors in collaboration with Italian manufacturer Venere Group, the project promises to usher high-end automotive design into premium living spaces.
The tower, designed by renowned Milan-based architects Gandolfi e Mura, is inspired by Venere Group’s hypercar viewpoint; it combines aerodynamic designs with streamlined, high-performance materials indicative of luxury supercars.
One can choose upscale apartments or opulent penthouses. The tower aims to set a new benchmark for the city’s mid-market luxury property segment. Significant features of the project include —
- Miami-inspired architecture
- AED 185 million Gross Development Value (GDV)
- Each residence will be furnished with premium Italian furniture designed by the Venere Group
- Starting price: AED 800,000
The project will be launched in April. It strengthens Dubai’s rank as a global leader in luxury innovation and high-end real estate.
