Sobha Realty today launched Sobha Aquamont, a landmark collection of sea-view apartments that will spearhead Phase One of Downtown UAQ—the emirate’s 25 million sq ft master-planned “coastal city within a city.”
Set along Umm Al Quwain’s 11-kilometre shoreline, Sobha Aquamont rises as three sculptural towers atop a 120-metre elevated podium. The unveiling follows last week’s official ground-breaking of Downtown UAQ by H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain. The broader masterplan—delivered in partnership with the UAQ Government—combines residential districts, a 15 million sq ft Trade-Centre Free Zone, and a future cluster of five-star resorts at South Beach. Once complete, the city is expected to accommodate more than 150,000 residents, positioning UAQ as a new hub for tourism, business and sustainable living.

Early purchasers will also receive a two-year service-charge waiver and complimentary access to the community’s beachfront club. Prices start from AED 1.35 million for a one-bedroom apartment, making the launch one of the most competitively priced prime-waterfront offerings in the UAE.
